  • Why should you pay in advance ?
    Paying in advance will guarantee you a parking spot. It also allows us to optimise our planning and the quality of your transfer to the airport.
  • How do the shuttles work ?
    Our shuttles run 24h/24 and 7d/7, they work continuously. The shuttle will drop you at the entrance gate of your terminal only 15 minutes after your arrival at our site. Same process on your way back : a simple call once you have collected your luggage (the
    number to call will be written on the card that we will give you) and our shuttle will come and get you at the entrance gate of your terminal within 10 minutes. As simple as that !
  • What do I do if I am running late or if my plane is delayed ?
    Thanks to the booking number you have given us, we follow live arrivals of the planes and we therefore know if there are any delays. We will adapt to your new timetable and we will come and get you. And if you are running late on your way to our car park, just give us a call to let us know.
  • And if I still do not have the exact departure and arrival time of my flight, can I book ?
    You do not have the exact departure and arrival time of your flight ? It does not matter, you can still book ! You just have to leave the field at 00h00 on the booking page, and then you can send us the information once you get it by mail or by phone.
  • How long in advance do I have to book ?
    You can book up to 6 hours before departure.
  • How do I know if there is space for my car in the car park ?
    If you can book online, it means that there is space in our car park for your car. When the car park is full, our website will not process new bookings. It is automatic.
  • Am I obliged to leave my car at Alyse car park ?
    No. You can also use our valet parking. We both agree on a time to meet in front of your terminal ! We collect your car there and we bring it back to you at the same spot when you get back !
  • How do you carry out the assessment of the car when I arrive ?
    It is automatic : we have a CCTV system at the car park and a video is taken.
    All parts of your car are filmed in order to ensure that we have the complete picture of your car. You can travel peacefully !
  • Are you equipped to transport children ?
    All our shuttles are equipped with car seats and booster seats for children. You just have to inform us in advance (number of children travelling) while you book online !
